The ThermaSol PRO Series III Steam Generator is the residential steam shower generator behind ThermaSol's complete home steam systems. Available in seven sizes from 6kW to 24kW, the PRO Series III is sized to your enclosure — from a compact 84-cubic-foot shower to a 1,200-cubic-foot steam room — so you get the right output for the space rather than an oversized or undersized unit.

Every PRO Series III is built around an industrial-grade stainless steel split tank, ThermaSol's patented SmartSteam™ temperature control, and the Auto PowerFlush™ self-cleaning system. The generator delivers constant steam at a constant rate — no lag between bursts — and can be installed up to 50 feet from the shower, which gives you flexibility in where the unit lives. It is designed, engineered, and built in the U.S.A. and backed by ThermaSol's lifetime factory warranty.

The PRO Series III is the generator required by the ThermaSol TT2 & Serenity Total Wellness Package and ThermaSol's other residential steam controls. A ThermaSol control is required to operate the generator and is sold separately.

Choosing the Right Size

ThermaSol sizes the PRO Series III by the volume of your steam enclosure. Multiply the interior length × width × height of the shower in feet to get cubic feet, then choose the model whose maximum room size meets or exceeds that number. ThermaSol recommends sizing up one model for 9-foot ceilings and two models for 10-foot ceilings. Installation & Setup Notes

Professional installation by a licensed electrician and plumber is recommended; all work should follow local electrical and plumbing codes
Requires a dedicated 208–240 V single-phase circuit sized to the model's maximum amperage (see sizing table)
Install in a finished, climate-controlled space within 50 feet of the shower — never outdoors, in an attic, or in an unheated area

Warranty

The PRO Series III is backed by ThermaSol's Lifetime Factory Warranty, which includes parts and labor at the factory for the original purchaser. During the first 2 years, ThermaSol also provides an in-home warranty covering parts and labor through authorized service agents. Warranty coverage is provided according to ThermaSol's current terms and conditions.

Please note that ThermaSol's residential warranty applies to residential installations only. Residential generators installed in hotels, spas, gyms, health clubs, short-term rental properties, or other non-residential settings are not covered — please see ThermaSol's commercial PowerPak3 and Day Spa systems for those applications.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that meet Prime Regeneration's return requirements. Return authorization is required before sending any item back.

To request a return, contact Prime Regeneration with your order information. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and securely packaged for return shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error, damage, or other issue for which Prime Regeneration or the manufacturer is responsible. Applicable restocking fees may apply depending on the product, condition, and manufacturer return requirements.

Does the PRO Series III include a control?

No. A ThermaSol control is required to operate the generator and is sold separately. The TT2 & Serenity Total Wellness Package pairs the ThermaTouch2 control, Serenity rainhead, SteamVection steam head, and Digital Shower Valve with this generator.

Does it come with a plug or does it need to be hardwired?

The PROIII-84 ships with a NEMA 6-30P plug and the PROIII-140 and PROIII-240 ship with a NEMA 6-50P plug, each on a 5-foot cord. The PROIII-395, 575, 750, and 1200 are hardwired. All models require a dedicated 208–240 V single-phase circuit.

How far from the shower can the generator be installed?

Up to 50 feet, in a finished, climate-controlled space with at least 6 inches of clearance on all sides and front-panel access for service.

What is the warranty?

ThermaSol provides a lifetime factory warranty (parts and labor at the factory) for the original purchaser, plus a 2-year in-home warranty covering parts and labor through authorized service agents. The residential warranty does not apply to commercial or short-term-rental installations.

Can I use the PRO Series III in a spa, gym, or rental property?

The PRO Series III is a residential generator and its warranty is limited to residential use. For commercial settings, ThermaSol offers the PowerPak3 commercial generator and the Day Spa multi-room system, both available from Prime Regeneration.
