Each package pairs a fully assembled PowerPak Series III three-phase steam generator with ThermaSol's polished chrome commercial control kit — a MicroTouch remote start controller, temperature sensor with 50-foot lead wires, and a pre-installed safety valve — so the core of your steam room arrives ready for the installer.
Two generator sizes are offered: the PP3 SR (18kW) for steam rooms under 1,000 cubic feet and the PP3 LR (24kW) for steam rooms over 1,000 cubic feet, each available in 208–240 V or 480 V three-phase configurations. Both use an industrial-grade stainless steel split tank, Incoloy heating elements, a programmable PowerFlush™ cleaning cycle, and CAN-bus control communication. Installation & Setup Notes
- Installation by a licensed electrician and licensed plumber is required; all work must adhere to local plumbing and electrical codes
- Requires a dedicated three-phase circuit sized to the model's maximum amperage — confirm 208–240 V or 480 V service before ordering
- Install in a mechanical room or equipment space within 50 feet of the steam room; the unit must remain fully accessible for service and maintenance
- Plan the 3/8" water supply, 1" NPT steam line, and safety-valve routing before the unit is set
- The PowerFlush cleaning cycle drains through the steam room's drain; no separate drain line is required
- Route the temperature-sensor lead wires (50 ft) from the generator to the steam room during rough-in

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that meet Prime Regeneration's return requirements. Return authorization is required before sending any item back.
To request a return, contact Prime Regeneration with your order information. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and securely packaged for return shipment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error, damage, or other issue for which Prime Regeneration or the manufacturer is responsible. Applicable restocking fees may apply depending on the product, condition, and manufacturer return requirements.
