The ThermaSol Day Spa Multi-Room Steam System lets a spa, salon, wellness studio, or boutique hotel run two, three, or four separate steam rooms from a single compact generator. A Steam Distribution System Module routes steam to each room independently or simultaneously, and every room gets its own polished chrome in-room control and steam head — so guests in different rooms can start and enjoy steam on their own schedule.

Choose the number of rooms (2, 3, or 4) and the generator size that matches the volume of each room: 10kW for rooms up to 150 cubic feet, 12kW up to 250 cubic feet, 16kW up to 400 cubic feet, or 20kW up to 650 cubic feet. Every Day Spa generator is built with stainless steel construction throughout, a split-tank design, ThermaSol's SmartSteam™ output control, and the PowerFlush™ cleaning system, and it can be installed up to 50 feet from the rooms it serves.

Choosing Your Configuration

First count the rooms the generator will serve (2, 3, or 4). Then calculate the volume of the largest room — interior length × width × height in feet — and choose the generator size whose maximum room size meets or exceeds it. ThermaSol's manual adjusts these figures for ceilings over 8 feet and for materials such as tile, stone, and glass, so please confirm sizing with the installation manual or with Prime Regeneration before ordering.

Model numbers follow the pattern DS-[rooms]-[size]: for example, DS-3-250 is the 12kW generator configured for three rooms. The 16kW and 20kW generators require two independent electrical circuits.

Installation & Setup Notes

Installation by a licensed electrician and licensed plumber is required; all work must adhere to local plumbing and electrical codes
Requires dedicated 208–240 V single-phase service sized to the generator: one circuit for the 10kW and 12kW models, two independent circuits for the 16kW and 20kW models
Install in a mechanical room or equipment closet within 50 feet of the steam rooms, with service access maintained
Plan the 3/8" water supply, 3/4" NPT steam line to the distribution module, drain pan, and safety-valve routing before the unit is set

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that meet Prime Regeneration's return requirements. Return authorization is required before sending any item back.

To request a return, contact Prime Regeneration with your order information. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and securely packaged for return shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error, damage, or other issue for which Prime Regeneration or the manufacturer is responsible. Applicable restocking fees may apply depending on the product, condition, and manufacturer return requirements.
