Shipping Policy

Prime Regeneration is an online retailer owned and operated by CL Stores LLC. We work with established manufacturers, authorized distributors, and supplier partners to process and fulfill orders.

Prime Regeneration is an online-only store and does not operate a public retail showroom or offer in-store pickup.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states.

Shipping availability for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, islands, ferry-access locations, remote areas, or other locations may vary by product and may require a custom quote or may not be available.

Some products and freight shipments are only available within the contiguous United States. Product-specific shipping restrictions, when applicable, may be shown on the product page, in the cart, or at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days, excluding holidays.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier fulfillment timelines, fraud review, payment confirmation, freight requirements, manufacturer processing schedules, and whether the item is in stock, backordered, custom-built, made-to-order, or shipped directly from the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier.

Large, custom, made-to-order, backordered, or freight-shipped products may require additional processing time before shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and delivery options may vary by product, brand, supplier, delivery location, and shipping method.

Some products may qualify for free shipping, some may include flat-rate freight shipping, and some may have shipping calculated at checkout or quoted after order review.

Where available, shipping costs or special shipping terms will be shown on the product page, in the cart, or at checkout.

If shipping terms differ by product, brand, manufacturer, supplier, or delivery method, the shipping details shown on the product page and at checkout will apply.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations, limited-access delivery areas, islands, ferry-access locations, special delivery requirements, missed delivery appointments, address changes, redelivery, storage, reconsignment, terminal pickup, or other customer-requested delivery changes.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary by product, brand, supplier, inventory status, production schedule, freight availability, carrier scheduling, and delivery location.

Any delivery dates or timeframes shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Standard parcel items may ship faster than large freight or made-to-order products. Most standard parcel orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.

Custom-built, made-to-order, special-order, backordered, manufacturer-direct, or freight-shipped products may require additional processing, production, or freight scheduling time. Estimated delivery for these items may range from approximately 15–60 business days or longer, depending on the product, manufacturer, production schedule, freight availability, and delivery location.

Products with extended processing times, backorder dates, or special delivery requirements may be noted on the product page when available.

Freight & Large Item Deliveries

Certain oversized products, including saunas, sauna kits, massage chairs, steam showers, cold plunges, hot tubs, and other large equipment, may ship by freight carrier, LTL freight, flatbed trailer, or another specialized delivery method.

Freight deliveries are typically scheduled by appointment and may require customer coordination. Delivery methods may vary by product, carrier, brand, and location.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, freight delivery is typically curbside, driveway, or end-of-driveway delivery.

Freight carriers are generally not responsible for moving products into a home, garage, backyard, side yard, deck, patio, sauna location, or final installation area.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and that any required unloading equipment, labor, forklift, crane, pallet jack, tilt tow, or other placement equipment is available when required by the product size and delivery method.

Prime Regeneration coordinates order processing and shipping but does not control carrier scheduling, transit times, delivery appointments, road access, site access limitations, or delays caused by the carrier, manufacturer, supplier, customer availability, or delivery location conditions.

SaunaLife Products

Freight shipping rates and delivery terms for SaunaLife products vary by model and are displayed on each product page and at checkout when available.

SaunaLife products typically ship by freight carrier within the contiguous United States. Delivery is generally curbside and scheduled by appointment after purchase.

The customer is responsible for final placement, setup, assembly, installation, and any required unloading or moving assistance unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, islands, ferry-access locations, and certain remote locations may not be eligible for SaunaLife freight shipping or may require a custom quote.

LeisureCraft / Dundalk Products

LeisureCraft / Dundalk products ship by freight carrier and include free shipping within the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on production schedule, destination, carrier availability, and appointment scheduling.

A valid phone number is required at checkout for all freight shipments so the carrier can contact you to schedule delivery. The freight carrier will typically contact you after shipment to arrange a delivery appointment.

Residential freight delivery is typically made curbside or to the end of the driveway by appointment. The freight carrier is not responsible for unloading the crate and generally will not back the truck into the driveway.

Customers are responsible for preparing for delivery and unloading the crate from the truck. Because many LeisureCraft / Dundalk shipments are large and heavy, customers should ensure that road access, neighborhood access, and unloading arrangements are suitable before delivery is scheduled.

If the crate is 92 inches or shorter, a liftgate may be available to assist in lowering the crate to the ground. If the crate is longer than 92 inches, a liftgate will generally not be available, and the customer must arrange appropriate unloading assistance or pickup.

Depending on the product, crate sizes may range from approximately 6 to 14 feet long and may weigh approximately 800 to 1,600 pounds. Suitable unloading methods may include a forklift or other mechanical equipment, terminal pickup with a trailer, or a tilt tow service where available.

If delivery cannot be scheduled within 5 business days of the carrier's first contact attempt, storage fees may begin to accrue. If a shipping address is changed after the order has left the factory, additional carrier or manufacturer fees may apply.

If delivery is delayed after the shipment arrives at the local terminal due to scheduling delays, unloading issues, incorrect contact information, or other customer-caused delays, storage, redelivery, or related carrier charges may also apply.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, islands, ferry-access locations, and certain remote locations may not be eligible for LeisureCraft / Dundalk freight shipping or may require a custom quote.

Lumin / Orivon Wellness Products

Lumin infrared saunas ship via free freight within the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Typical lead time may vary by product, inventory status, supplier schedule, destination, and carrier availability. Some Lumin products may require approximately 15–60 business days from order confirmation to delivery, depending on availability and fulfillment timelines.

Lumin products are delivered by a third-party freight carrier. Tracking information will be sent by email once the order ships, when available.

The customer must be present to accept delivery and is responsible for final placement, setup, assembly, installation, and any required unloading or moving assistance unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, islands, ferry-access locations, and certain remote locations may not be eligible for Lumin freight shipping or may require a custom quote.

Prime Regeneration coordinates order processing and shipping but does not control carrier scheduling, transit times, or delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email when available.

For freight shipments, tracking updates may be provided by the freight carrier, manufacturer, supplier, or Prime Regeneration depending on the shipment type.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe shown for your product, please contact our support team for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect all freight shipments carefully at delivery.

If visible damage is present, note the damage on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing and take clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, pallet or crate, and any visible damage.

Please report any damage or incorrect items as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so we can assist with the claim process.

Missing Items

If items are missing from your order, notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply if address correction, re-shipment, reconsignment, redelivery, storage, or carrier changes are required due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Refused Deliveries

Customers should not refuse delivery unless instructed by Prime Regeneration or the carrier in connection with a documented damage claim.

Refusing a shipment without authorization may result in return freight charges, storage fees, redelivery fees, or other carrier costs being deducted from any eligible refund.

Backorders and Delays

Some products may be temporarily backordered, delayed, or subject to manufacturer production timelines.

Backorder dates and estimated availability dates are estimates and may change based on manufacturer production, supplier inventory, freight availability, carrier scheduling, or other factors outside of Prime Regeneration's control.

If an item is backordered or delayed, customers may contact Prime Regeneration for current availability information before placing an order.
