I’m Colleen, founder of Prime Regeneration. With a background in design and a genuine passion for wellness, I see a wellness space as more than a room filled with equipment. It should be an environment that helps you slow down, recharge, and make your well-being a meaningful part of everyday life.
I created Prime Regeneration to bring together beautiful, functional wellness products and make designing a home wellness space feel approachable. Whether you are planning a dedicated recovery room, adding a sauna to an outdoor space, or simply looking for better ways to prioritize your well-being, my goal is to provide thoughtfully selected products, clear information, and real support.

We replaced the original backrests in our custom- made sauna with the Finnmark Curve Canadian Red Cedar backrests, and everyone who has used them has been very impressed. The curved design provides excellent comfort and support, making it easy to sit back and relax, and truly enjoy the sauna experience
