Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is included in the product price for delivery within the contiguous United States (48 states). Outdoor saunas are delivered via flatbed trailer and arrive fully assembled.
Customers are typically notified approximately two weeks prior to scheduled delivery to allow time for preparation. Because of the sauna's size and weight, a forklift or crane is required for placement. A licensed electrician is required to complete installation.
Manual offloading is not recommended. Please ensure proper unloading equipment is available at the time of delivery and that the path from the delivery point to the final placement area is clear and accessible.
The sauna should be installed on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage, such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel. Please review the product documentation before delivery so your site is fully prepared.
