The split-face surface exposes more stone area than rounded stones for water evaporation and löyly. Each box contains 45 lbs (approximately 20 kg) of 5–10 cm stones. Use only with heaters specifying this stone size.

Olivine diabase is a durable, heat-stable stone used in sauna heaters. The split-face cut exposes raw stone surfaces for contact with water when you ladle water for löyly.
