Low-EMF Carbon Crystal Heating + Integrated Light Panel

Heat comes from the manufacturer's patented low-EMF carbon crystal far-infrared panels (U.S. Patent No. US 11,647,613 B2), which use an opposing-field element design and grounded shielding to reduce electromagnetic output at the source. The panels are positioned around the back, sides, lower legs, floor, and front of the cabin for even, surround warmth up to 158°F (70°C).

An integrated light panel adds four wavelengths — 455nm blue, 658nm red, 734nm deep red, and 850nm near-infrared — that you can switch on alongside the infrared heat to create a warm, calming ambiance during your session.

Shipping & Delivery

Hemlock / Right-Opening Door: This configuration is being restocked in October. It can be ordered now and ships when the new stock arrives at the U.S. warehouse.

This sauna ships free to the contiguous U.S. from a U.S. distribution warehouse. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from shipment, depending on your location, carrier conditions, and weather.

The sauna arrives as a modular cabin packed in multiple heavy boxes. Please inspect every box and the contents at delivery, photograph any visible damage before discarding packaging, note it with the carrier where possible, and contact Prime Regeneration within 2 business days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Installation & Setup Notes

This is an indoor sauna. It plugs into a standard 120V / 15A household outlet (10 ft (3 m) power cord), so no hardwiring is required. The manufacturer recommends a dedicated circuit not shared with other appliances; have a licensed electrician confirm your outlet and circuit before setup.

The cabin uses a prefabricated modular design with illustrated instructions. The manufacturer estimates one person can assemble it in about 20–60 minutes, though time varies with experience. Place the sauna on a level surface in a well-ventilated room, and leave the door open after each session to let moisture escape.

Warranty

This sauna is covered by the manufacturer's warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use:

• Year 1: Covered parts and parts shipping for manufacturing defects, including wood structure, heaters, controller, control box, wiring, lighting, and Bluetooth audio. Glass or wood breakage that occurs in transit is also covered.
• Carbon crystal heating panels: 7-year coverage.
• After year 1: Lifetime replacement parts for core components; shipping of replacement parts and any installation labor are the owner's responsibility.

Not covered: glass damage after delivery, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear, environmental damage, and the minor expansion or checking that is natural in kiln-dried wood. Warranty service is available within the contiguous U.S. and requires proof of purchase.

For warranty service, contact Prime Regeneration with your order number, the model, and photos or video of the issue. We handle your claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for saunas that are unused, unassembled, and in their complete original packaging with all parts and hardware. Return authorization from Prime Regeneration is required before anything is sent back.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return freight and return shipping insurance. Products that have been assembled, installed, or used are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

The restocking fee does not apply to confirmed manufacturing defects, shipping damage, missing parts, or an incorrect item. In those cases, contact Prime Regeneration and we will arrange the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts or panels, repair assistance, a replacement unit, or a refund. Orders canceled before they ship are not subject to a restocking fee.
