Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require an approved Return Authorization (RA) before any item is shipped back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused, delayed, returned to the customer, or ineligible for refund.

Eligible items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition with all original packaging, accessories, parts, manuals, and documentation included.
