Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is included in the price for delivery within the contiguous United States (48 states). Outdoor saunas are delivered via flatbed trailer and arrive fully assembled.
The ThermaSol Vera has an estimated lead time of approximately 12 weeks from the time of order. You will be contacted with scheduling details as your delivery date approaches.
Customers are typically notified approximately two weeks prior to scheduled delivery to allow time for preparation. Because of the sauna's size and weight, a forklift or crane is required for placement. A licensed electrician is required to install the heater.
Manual offloading is not recommended. Please ensure proper unloading equipment is available at the time of delivery and that the path from the delivery point to the final placement site is clear and accessible.
The sauna should be installed on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage, such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel. Please review the product documents before delivery so your site is fully prepared.
