Delivery and Placement

The cabin is delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer. Customers are notified approximately two weeks before scheduled delivery. A forklift or crane is required for unloading and positioning; manual offloading is not recommended.

You are responsible for ensuring delivery access and having suitable unloading equipment available. Confirm driveway access, gate openings and overhead clearance, and keep the path between the delivery point and installation site clear for placement equipment. Review the product documentation before delivery.

Site Preparation and Electrical Installation

Prepare a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage. The existing installation guidance lists concrete, decking, pavers or compacted gravel as surface options; confirm the selected foundation can support the cabin and intended use.

A licensed electrician must install the sauna heater and complete the final electrical connection. A dedicated electrical supply is required according to the Harvia installation documentation. Confirm the selected equipment’s electrical requirements and follow manufacturer instructions and local requirements.

The ThermaSol Fortis sauna cabin is covered by ThermaSol's 1-year sauna room warranty from substantial project completion, covering manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. The included Harvia heater and Xenio control carry a 5-year limited warranty when installed in a private residential setting (stones and heating elements: 1 year). Warranty coverage is subject to installation by a licensed electrician and registration requirements set by the manufacturer.
