- Request return authorization before sending the product back. Pack the pad securely in its original packaging and include all manuals and accessories. The product must be received in like-new condition.
- After approval, attach the provided return label and drop off the package within 10 days at a carrier location.
- Refunds, gift cards, or exchanges are issued after the return is approved. Allow up to 15 business days for processing after the package is received by Therasage.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to returns that do not meet the packaging, condition, or included-item requirements.
- Any free gifts or promotional items included with the order must also be returned, or their value may be deducted from the refund.
