Due to the size and packaging of the SaunaLife Model S1N, this product ships by LTL freight and requires a scheduled delivery appointment. The tub is secured on a wooden pallet and enclosed in protective wooden packaging for transportation.
Delivery is curbside only. The freight carrier is responsible for lowering the packaged product to ground level at the delivery location. The customer is responsible for moving the tub from the curbside delivery point to its final installation location.
Before shipment, additional delivery details may be reviewed when site conditions could affect access or result in additional carrier charges. Restricted-access locations, remote properties, difficult driveways, or other special delivery circumstances may result in additional fees.
