Free LTL Freight Shipping to the Contiguous United States.
Due to the size and weight of the SaunaLife Model S1 Package, the tub ships by LTL freight and requires a scheduled delivery appointment. The tub is secured on a wooden pallet and protected by a wooden shipping enclosure.
Delivery is curbside only. The freight carrier will lower the packaged product to ground level at the delivery location. The customer is responsible for moving the tub and related components from the curbside delivery point to the final installation location.
Before shipment, additional delivery details may be reviewed when site conditions could affect access or result in additional carrier charges. Restricted-access properties, remote locations, difficult driveways, or other unusual delivery conditions may result in additional fees.

Installation Notes
The main immersion tub arrives fully assembled. Proper site preparation, plumbing connections, electrical access, drainage, and setup of the chiller/heater system are still required.
Install the tub on a stable, level surface capable of supporting the weight of the completely filled tub and its occupant. The filled tub weighs approximately 1,158 lbs before accounting for the bather.
The chiller/heater requires a suitable 110–120V electrical connection in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions and applicable electrical codes.
Follow all SaunaLife installation, plumbing, electrical, drainage, ventilation, and clearance requirements. Always review both the tub installation manual and chiller/heater installation manual before installation or operation.
