The classic barrel sauna — elevated. The SaunaLife ERGO-Series Model E8G combines the timeless Nordic barrel form with a full tempered glass front wall, flooding the interior with natural light and creating a visual connection to the outdoors. Built with 1.65" full-length Thermo-Spruce staves and ergonomically contoured Thermo-Aspen benches and backrests, the E8G seats up to six bathers and arrives as a complete kit ready for backyard installation. Whether you're soaking in the morning light or unwinding under the stars, the E8G turns every session into something worth looking forward to.
The Model E8G includes dual floor drains, heavy-duty stainless steel barrel bands, a black shingle roof kit with drip edge, and a Wi-Fi-enabled white LED lighting system with wireless remote. A compatible sauna heater is required for operation and is sold separately.
Finish Options
- Thermo-Spruce: Ships in its natural Thermo-Spruce barrel finish, ready to weather naturally outdoors.
- Lustrous Black Finish: Ships as the same Thermo-Spruce barrel, but the kit includes SaunaShield black sauna paint so you can finish the exterior in a striking, contemporary black during setup. The specially formulated coating expands and contracts with temperature changes to protect the wood outdoors. This is a DIY paint kit — the barrel does not arrive pre-painted.
