Installation & Placement

1. Plan for a recessed installation, built into the sauna wall during construction or renovation.
2. Mount the stainless-steel channel, then slide the 2"-thick salt blocks into place.
3. Install the IP67 LED strip and connect the power supply and light cables.
4. Wire the fixture to your existing sauna control unit, or a conventional on/off switch.
5. Trim the mounting channel and LED strip as needed to fit your installation or contact us for a custom size.

Outdoor use in very humid or wet conditions will cause the salt to attract water, which may stain the surrounding walls.

Shipping & Delivery

The weight and packaging of the 12" and 16" systems require delivery by special appointment — they arrive on a wooden pallet encased in heavy-duty cardboard. The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower items to ground level. We often contact customers prior to shipping to share shipment details and discuss any delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. The 4" system ships via FedEx parcel.

Returns & Cancellations

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Return authorization required before sending back. The item must be new, unused, unaltered, and undamaged with all original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received. Cancellation is not guaranteed after the supplier has accepted or shipped the order.
