Installation & Placement

1. Mount the stainless-steel channel to your sauna wall or bench area.
2. Slide the 2"-thick salt blocks into the channel.
3. On lit configurations, install the IP67 LED strip and connect the power supply and light cables.
4. Pair the RF wireless remote and, if desired, connect to Wi-Fi through the PROSAUNAS app.
5. Trim the mounting channel and LED strip as needed to fit your installation, or contact us for a custom size.

Outdoor use in very humid or wet conditions will cause the salt to attract water, which may stain the surrounding walls.

Care and Maintenance

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Cost: Free shipping to the contiguous United States.

The weight and packaging of the 12" system requires delivery by special appointment — it arrives on a wooden pallet encased in heavy-duty cardboard. The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower items to ground level. We often contact customers prior to shipping to share shipment details and discuss any delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. The 4" system ships via FedEx parcel.

Returns & Cancellations

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Return authorization required before sending back. The item must be new, unused, unaltered, and undamaged with all original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received. Cancellation is not guaranteed after the supplier has accepted or shipped the order.

FAQ

What's the difference between the light options?
RGB LED offers full-range color changing with dimming control, White LED offers a fixed warm white glow, and No Light is the salt feature without any lighting kit.

Pink or white salt — is there a difference besides color?
Both are authentic Himalayan salt; the difference is primarily the visual tone of the glow.

Does it need Wi-Fi to work?
No. Lit configurations include a handheld RF wireless remote that works out of the box. Wi-Fi is optional for app-based control.

Can I dim the lights?
Yes — the included RF remote supports 1–100% dimming range.
