Returns & Cancellations

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Return authorization required before sending back. The backrest must be new, unused, unaltered, and undamaged with all original packaging. All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received. Cancellation is not guaranteed after the supplier has accepted or shipped the order.
