Handcrafted in Ontario from locally sourced Eastern White Cedar — known for its lighter natural colour, tight refined knots, and gentle aroma — it pairs solid cedar cradles with a metal shingle roof made in Ontario from Hamilton steel.
The Palmer seats four in a wider cabin layout, with room to sit back or stretch out and the flexibility of an electric or wood-burning heater. This model accepts either an electric or a wood-burning heater, sold separately so you can choose the setup you prefer.

Why Choose the Canadian Timber Cabin Sauna
The cabin's simple, functional shape gives you upright walls and a familiar, classic look that fits naturally in a backyard or at the cottage. LeisureCraft builds each cabin from solid single-stave Grade-A cedar bevels with no tenon joints along their length, set on solid cedar cradles. Eastern White Cedar is naturally resistant to moisture, rot, decay, and insects, and is milled from certified sustainable sources in Ontario and British Columbia.
Metal Shingle Roof
The roof is finished with 28-gauge steel metal shingles made in Listowel, Ontario from Hamilton steel. The painted finish uses a Silicone-Modified Polyester (SMP) system designed for long-lasting colour and corrosion protection.

Shipping & Delivery
Your LeisureCraft sauna is built to order in Canada and ships as a crated kit by freight carrier. Free freight shipping is included within the contiguous United States (48 states).
Estimated build time: approximately 60 business days. Build schedules change with factory volume, so Prime Regeneration will confirm your build and ship date after you order. Transit time is in addition to build time.

Delivery & Unloading Requirements
For residential deliveries, the customer is responsible for arranging how the crate is unloaded from the truck. LeisureCraft cannot assist with unloading.
- If the packaged crate is 84 inches or shorter, it may qualify for liftgate service
- If the packaged crate is longer than 84 inches, liftgate unloading is not available — arrange a forklift, telehandler, terminal pickup, or tilt tow truck
- If you are unable to arrange unloading, LeisureCraft can arrange a tilt tow truck for $1,250
- The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery once the shipment reaches your local terminal; storage charges of $35 per day may apply if delivery is delayed
- Address changes before the order leaves the factory are free; changes after it ships carry a $350 fee
Before delivery, make sure the route is clear and wide enough for the truck, check for overhead wires or eaves, and confirm your unloading equipment and timing. Keep children and pets away from the delivery area. Please inspect the crate on arrival and note any visible damage before signing.
Installation & Setup Notes
- Allow clearance around the sauna for assembly, ventilation, and heater access
- Assemble on a level, stable, well-drained foundation such as a concrete pad, pavers, or a properly built deck
- Follow the LeisureCraft assembly instructions and videos step by step
- The sauna heater is sold separately; electric heaters must be installed and wired by a licensed electrician according to local code
- Wood-burning heaters require an approved chimney kit and must follow the heater manufacturer's clearances and local building codes
- Check local permit and setback requirements before installation
Warranty
LeisureCraft saunas are covered by a 5-Year Residential Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the date the product is received by the original end-user consumer. In the event of a valid claim, LeisureCraft provides replacement parts at no charge; labor, service, and installation costs are not covered, and replacement parts do not extend the original warranty period.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, usage, or care instructions. Sauna heaters and accessories from other manufacturers carry their own manufacturer warranties.

Returns & Order Changes
Prime Regeneration supports a 30-day return framework; however, this sauna is built to order and LeisureCraft's manufacturer terms apply. LeisureCraft does not accept standard returns. If a return is specifically authorized by the manufacturer, a 20% restocking fee applies, the customer is responsible for all return freight, and the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. If a delivery is refused and LeisureCraft assists with resale, a 15% restocking charge may apply. Please do not refuse a delivery without first contacting Prime Regeneration.
- Within 14 days of order entry: cancel or change your order without penalty
- After 14 days: a $65 cancellation or change fee applies
- Within 7 days of the scheduled ship date: the order can no longer be canceled or changed
