The Largest Element — A Modern Indoor Sauna in Thermo Grandis for Up to Four
The LeisureCraft Canadian Timber Element Studio brings a clean, modern sauna into your home — a basement, spare room, home gym, or primary suite. It is built from Thermo Grandis, a wood thermo-treated in Ontario for a rich, uniform tone, and features a full glass front that keeps the space feeling open and bright.
The Element Studio is the largest model in the Element line, with a deeper and wider interior that seats up to four — room to relax together or stretch out on your own. It ships as a panelized, ready-to-assemble kit designed for indoor installation with an electric sauna heater (sold separately).
Who This Is For
- Homeowners adding a sauna to a basement, spare room, home gym, or primary suite
- Condo and townhome owners without space for an outdoor sauna
- Families and households of up to four
- Anyone who prefers a contemporary look with a full glass front
- DIY-minded buyers comfortable assembling a panelized kit
Why Choose the Element
The Element is designed specifically for indoor use. Its triple-layer wall — interior Thermo Grandis, a vapour barrier, and an air gap for wiring behind the exterior finish — keeps the build tidy and lets electrical runs stay hidden. A framed 2×4 floor with a Thermo Grandis surface gives the sauna its own finished floor, and the panelized kit is assembled in place in your room.
Thermo-treating changes the wood through heat alone, giving Thermo Grandis a warm, consistent colour throughout the sauna.
Built for Comfort: Glass Front, Two-Level Benches & Lighting
A full glass front with a 10 mm glass door and window opens the sauna to the room around it. Inside, 20-inch upper benches and 15-inch lower benches give you a choice of heat levels, and interior lighting sets a relaxed mood.
The Element is designed for electric heaters only. LeisureCraft recommends a 6 kW heater for the Element Studio; the heater and rocks are purchased separately so you can choose the model and controls you prefer.

- Packaged crate weight: 845 lb (383 kg)
Packaged weight can vary with the options selected. A crate diagram is included in the image gallery.
Delivery & Unloading Requirements
For residential deliveries, the customer is responsible for arranging how the crate is unloaded from the truck. LeisureCraft cannot assist with unloading.
- If the packaged crate is 84 inches or shorter, it may qualify for liftgate service
- If the packaged crate is longer than 84 inches, liftgate unloading is not available — arrange a forklift, telehandler, terminal pickup, or tilt tow truck
- If you are unable to arrange unloading, LeisureCraft can arrange a tilt tow truck for $1,250
- The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery once the shipment reaches your local terminal; storage charges of $35 per day may apply if delivery is delayed
- Address changes before the order leaves the factory are free; changes after it ships carry a $350 fee
Before delivery, make sure the route is clear and wide enough for the truck, check for overhead wires or eaves, and confirm your unloading equipment and timing. Keep children and pets away from the delivery area. Please inspect the crate on arrival and note any visible damage before signing.
Installation & Setup Notes
- For indoor installation only — not for outdoor use
- Install on a level, solid, dry floor with enough clearance around the sauna for assembly and ventilation
- Confirm your doorways, hallways, and stairs can accommodate the panels before delivery
- Follow the LeisureCraft assembly instructions and videos step by step
- The electric heater is sold separately and must be installed and wired by a licensed electrician according to local code
- Check local permit requirements before installation
Warranty
LeisureCraft saunas are covered by a 5-Year Residential Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the date the product is received by the original end-user consumer. In the event of a valid claim, LeisureCraft provides replacement parts at no charge; labor, service, and installation costs are not covered, and replacement parts do not extend the original warranty period.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, usage, or care instructions. Sauna heaters and accessories from other manufacturers carry their own manufacturer warranties.
For warranty assistance, contact Prime Regeneration and we will work with LeisureCraft on your behalf.
Returns & Order Changes
Prime Regeneration supports a 30-day return framework; however, this sauna is built to order and LeisureCraft's manufacturer terms apply. LeisureCraft does not accept standard returns. If a return is specifically authorized by the manufacturer, a 20% restocking fee applies, the customer is responsible for all return freight, and the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. If a delivery is refused and LeisureCraft assists with resale, a 15% restocking charge may apply. Please do not refuse a delivery without first contacting Prime Regeneration.
- Within 14 days of order entry: cancel or change your order without penalty
- After 14 days: a $65 cancellation or change fee applies
- Within 7 days of the scheduled ship date: the order can no longer be canceled or changed
To start a return or order change, contact Prime Regeneration customer support.
