The LeisureCraft Canadian Timber Avalon is an outdoor sauna kit for 3–4 people, handcrafted in Canada from Eastern White Cedar. The cabin uses 2¾-inch double-groove solid cedar log walls and a three-tier interior bench system.
A standing-seam black metal roof extends beyond the cabin, with an overall roof footprint of approximately 10' × 10'. The sauna itself is described as 8' × 8'. A large front window and door use single-pane bronze tempered glass.
The door can be installed on the left or right during assembly. Choose a suitable electric or wood-burning heating system separately; the existing listing recommends a 9kW electric heater. Plan the foundation, full roof footprint, installation clearances, and unloading arrangements before ordering.

Build Schedule & Delivery
The sauna is built to order in Canada and ships as a crated kit by freight carrier. The detailed build estimate is approximately 25 business days. Build schedules change with factory volume; Prime Regeneration will confirm the build and ship date after ordering. Transit time is additional to build time.
Unloading: For residential deliveries, the customer must arrange unloading from the truck. LeisureCraft cannot assist with unloading.
Crate length: Crates 84 inches or shorter may qualify for liftgate service. Crates longer than 84 inches do not qualify; arrange a forklift, telehandler, terminal pickup, or tilt tow truck.
Optional tilt tow truck: If you cannot arrange unloading, LeisureCraft can arrange a tilt tow truck for $1,250.
Scheduling and storage: The carrier contacts you once the shipment reaches the local terminal. Storage charges of $35 per day may apply if delivery is delayed.
Address changes: Free before the order leaves the factory; a $350 fee applies after shipment.
Ensure the truck route is clear and wide enough, check overhead wires and eaves, and confirm unloading equipment and timing. Keep children and pets away from the delivery area. Inspect the crate on arrival and note visible damage before signing.

Installation & Setup
Plan for the full approximately 10' × 10' roof footprint, plus required assembly and heater-access clearances. Decide the door orientation before assembly.
Use a level, stable, well-drained foundation such as a concrete pad, pavers, or a properly built deck. Follow the LeisureCraft assembly instructions step by step.
Electric heaters must be installed and wired by a licensed electrician according to local code. Wood-burning heaters require an approved chimney kit and compliance with manufacturer clearances and local building codes. Check local permit and setback requirements before installation.
Warranty
LeisureCraft saunas are covered by a 5-Year Residential Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the date the product is received by the original end-user consumer. In the event of a valid claim, LeisureCraft provides replacement parts at no charge; labor, service, and installation costs are not covered, and replacement parts do not extend the original warranty period.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, usage, or care instructions. Sauna heaters and accessories from other manufacturers carry their own manufacturer warranties.

LeisureCraft Limited Warranty Policy
Returns & Order Changes
Prime Regeneration supports a 30-day return framework; however, this sauna is built to order and LeisureCraft's manufacturer terms apply. LeisureCraft does not accept standard returns. If a return is specifically authorized by the manufacturer, a 20% restocking fee applies, the customer is responsible for all return freight, and the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. If a delivery is refused and LeisureCraft assists with resale, a 15% restocking charge may apply. Please do not refuse a delivery without first contacting Prime Regeneration.
Within 14 days of order entry: Cancel or change the order without penalty.
After 14 days: A $65 cancellation or change fee applies.
Within 7 days of the scheduled ship date: The order can no longer be canceled or changed.
