Can I complete the shower space and install the generator after?
Yes, the homeowner can complete their shower space by installing plumbing and all the needed components for the generator and have the generator connected at a later time. This allows for the homeowner to still use their shower space in the interim of not having the generator installed.

Will customers' existing orders for the 1.0 generator be transitioned to the 2.0 generator?
Yes, the release of the new SKUs will allow Customer Service to contact customers and transfer existing open orders from 1.0 to 2.0 generators.

Will the pricing of the 2.0 generator be the same as the 1.0 generator?
Yes, the pricing of the 2.0 generator will match the pricing of the 1.0 generator for 2024.

Does the physical size of the 2.0 generator change from the size of the 1.0 generator?
