This sauna ships by freight on a wooden pallet and requires a scheduled delivery appointment. Standard freight delivery is curbside delivery only. The freight driver is responsible for lowering the shipment to ground level at the curb or driveway, but is not responsible for moving the sauna inside the home, into the garage, into the backyard, or to the final installation location.
Before shipment, customers may be contacted to confirm delivery details and review any special circumstances that could affect delivery, including remote locations, limited-access roads, steep driveways, gated communities, or other complex delivery conditions. On rare occasions, remote or complex delivery areas may require additional coordination or may not qualify for standard included freight service.
