The Aalto Sauna Cabin ships flat-packed by freight carrier with preassembled panels and detailed installation instructions. Customers are generally contacted approximately two weeks before the scheduled delivery date to allow time for delivery preparation.

Residential Deliveries: Freight-company offloading and threshold delivery are included at no additional cost. A customer-provided forklift or loading dock is not normally required for residential delivery. Threshold delivery means the shipment is delivered to the first dry, secure, and accessible area at the delivery location — it does not include room-of-choice placement, assembly, installation, debris removal, or electrical work.

Commercial Deliveries: The receiving location must provide a forklift or loading dock suitable for unloading the shipment.

An adult must be available to inspect and accept the shipment. Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the packaging for visible damage and note any damage on the carrier's paperwork. Photograph the shipment and contact Prime Regeneration promptly if damage is discovered.
