Installation & Setup
The Flow arrives fully assembled, but the installation area should be prepared before delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring that:
- The placement area is level, stable, and capable of supporting the filled plunge
- Adequate access is available for delivery and unloading
- Required electrical service is available for the compatible chiller
- Chiller connections are completed according to manufacturer instructions
- All applicable electrical, installation, and local code requirements are followed

Shipping & Delivery
The Flow Cold Plunge ships by freight carrier due to its size and weight. Free freight shipping is included within the contiguous United States (48 states).
Customer Unloading Responsibility
The customer is responsible for arranging the appropriate method to unload the crate from the delivery truck.
- If the packaged crate is 84 inches or shorter, it may qualify for liftgate service
- If the packaged crate is longer than 84 inches, liftgate unloading is not available — the customer must arrange a forklift, terminal pickup, or tilt tow truck
- If unable to arrange unloading, Dundalk LeisureCraft can arrange a tilt tow truck for $1,250

Delivery Appointment & Storage
- The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery once the shipment reaches the local terminal
- Storage charges of $35 per day may apply if delivery is delayed
- Address changes before the order leaves the factory: no charge
- Address changes after the order ships: $350 fee
Order Cancellations & Changes
- Within 14 days of order entry: cancel or change without penalty
- After 14 days: $65 cancellation or change fee applies
- Within 7 days of scheduled ship date: order cannot be canceled or changed
Return Policy
Dundalk LeisureCraft does not accept standard product returns. If LeisureCraft specifically authorizes a return:
- A 20% restocking fee applies
- Customer is responsible for all return freight costs
- Product must be returned in original packaging and condition
- If a delivery is refused and LeisureCraft assists in reselling, a 15% restocking charge may apply
Please do not refuse a delivery without first contacting Prime Regeneration.
Warranty
Dundalk LeisureCraft products are covered by a 5-Year Residential Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty period begins on the date the product is received by the original end-user consumer.
The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient maintenance, natural weather conditions, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. Warranty coverage is limited to replacement parts — labor, service, and reinstallation costs are not covered.
Chiller Warranty: The 5-year LeisureCraft warranty does not include the chiller. The Penguin Chiller warranty is provided separately by the chiller manufacturer. Contact Prime Regeneration for warranty assistance.
