Premium Thermo Poplar Wood

Carbon Smart™ saunas are crafted exclusively with Thermo Poplar, a sustainably sourced and thermally modified wood that delivers exceptional performance and a beautiful aesthetic for your sauna interior. Treated at approximately 374°F, this medium modification delivers enhanced dimensional stability, improved resistance to humidity and temperature fluctuations, and a warm, rich tone — all achieved through a chemical-free process. Installation Notes

• Recommended ceiling height is 8 feet per manufacturer safety and clearance guidelines. For custom ceiling heights, please contact our support team.
• Wall boards run in the standard horizontal direction unless room width exceeds 8 ft; in such cases, an interior seam will be added where two boards meet to span the width.
• Backrests are shipped flat; if you’d like an angled backrest, additional spacers can be easily created on-site to achieve your desired pitch.
• Your sauna shipment will include an all-glass door, though some photos may display a glass wall for reference.

• Railing: Only the Harvia Virta includes a protective safety railing
• Stones: All models include heater stones

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Available carrier rates are displayed for U.S., Canada, and international destinations.

Returns & Cancellations

• Returns: Finnish Sauna Builders accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. No return label fee and no restocking fee. Contact our support team to initiate a return — a return label will be created by the supplier within 2 business days.
• Cancellations: Cancellation requests are reviewed manually. If the supplier declines or cancels an order, our team will contact you promptly to resolve the situation.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed automatically once the supplier issues a refund on their end.
