Shipping & Delivery

Free freight shipping to the contiguous United States. This sauna ships in 2 boxes on a pallet (approx. 226 lbs total) via freight, and typically ships within 2–5 business days from the date of order. Freight delivery is curbside — the carrier will bring the pallet to the curb or driveway. You will be responsible for moving the boxes inside. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Please inspect the shipment upon arrival and contact Prime Regeneration promptly if there is visible damage.
