Prime Regeneration is an online retailer operated by CL Stores LLC. We work with established manufacturers and authorized distributors to process and fulfill orders.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). Shipping availability for other locations may vary by product.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier fulfillment timelines.

Shipping costs and delivery options are clearly displayed on each product page and at checkout based on your location and the product ordered.
Delivery Timeframes
Most standard orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after shipment.
Custom-built or made-to-order products may require additional processing and production time. Estimated delivery for these items is typically 15–60 business days, depending on the product and manufacturer.
Products with extended processing or delivery times are clearly indicated on the product page.
Freight & Large Item Deliveries
Certain oversized products (such as saunas or large equipment) may ship via freight carriers.
Freight deliveries are typically scheduled by appointment and may require customer coordination.
Delivery methods (curbside, threshold, or other) will vary by product and carrier.
SaunaLife Products
Freight shipping rates for SaunaLife products vary by model and are displayed on each product page and at checkout. Delivery is curbside and scheduled by appointment after purchase. The customer is responsible for final placement and setup. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not eligible for SaunaLife freight shipping.
LeisureCraft Products
LeisureCraft products ship via freight carrier within the contiguous United States (48 states). Freight shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
- Delivered on a pallet via a third-party freight carrier
- Standard delivery is curbside unless otherwise arranged
- The freight carrier will contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment
- Customer must be present to accept delivery
- Customer is responsible for final placement and setup
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not eligible for LeisureCraft freight shipping
Prime Regeneration coordinates order processing and shipping but does not control carrier scheduling, transit times, or site access limitations.
Lumin (Orivon Wellness) Products
Lumin infrared saunas ship via free freight within the contiguous United States (48 states).
- Free freight shipping within the contiguous U.S. (48 states)
- Typical lead time is 15–60 business days from order confirmation
- Delivered via third-party freight carrier
- Tracking information will be sent by email once the order ships
- Customer must be present to accept delivery
- Customer is responsible for final placement and setup
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not eligible for Lumin freight shipping

Delivery Issues
Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and assist.
